Woman faces of fraud year 230 related asbestos

The Attorney General's Office assisted in the United States province ", Massachusetts branch, discover and criminal conviction related to asbestos. The United States requires special training and licensing and certification for individuals and companies working with asbestos. Asbestos was used for decades in the United States, especially in construction and certain manufacturing industries. However, the associated health risks such as decreased use of asbestos, and laws to protect the public from toxic chemicals.

Dillon was convicted in November 2008, the 27counts collective conspiracy to make false documents, making false documents, hiring illegal aliens, encouraging illegal aliens to live in the United States, payroll tax evasion and mail fraud. He fled the State following a conviction, but found almost seven months later in Santa Domingo.

In a press release Cynthia Giles, Assistant Director of the Office of EPA enforcement and compliance assurance, "Dillon Albania threatened communities by issuing false asbestos removal training hundreds of untrained workers."  She continues, "this is another example of great teamwork and dedication to the public prosecutor's Office in the United States for the District of Massachusetts and u.s. Marshals Service to our special agents who protect the American people of environmental crime."
